I was very pleased with these pans and the great price. When I received them I was not sure the coating would be non-stick as it seemed a little rough, but to my surprise, they were even better than the Calphalon set I bought in the past.

The good thing is they are cheap for 2. The bad thing is the coating wears off. I have the 12 inch in storage... too large to use daily. But the 10 inch coating has worn off and is chipping off. I need to throw this away... dangerous to injest this coating. My husband is not wanting me to toss the pan at the end of it's lifespann but I know it is not safe to eat from this now that it is chipping and peeling. What else works other than stainless steel? I want a durable pan that LASTS. I will use it 1-3 times a day. I like the idea of nonstick. Might have to go back to stainless steel.

This is my first experience with non-stick and so far I'm awed. The clean-up is a breeze and I think I'm even going to be able to flip omeletts and pancakes one-handed. I hardily recommend them.

We've been using ours every day for about a year now, and they still look almost like new. I read some reviews that said the finish wasn't very durable, so I also bought another pan, I thought would last longer. But my wife likes these better, and uses them all the time. It looks like they'll last at least 10 years.

Amazon.com sent these out immediately, and I received them in perfect, pristine, scratch-free condition (They were still in their factory packaging, and the surfaces were separated).
Having used these same pans before, I can tell you that they heat fairly quickly, retain that heat well, and because of their weight, spread the heat evenly over the cooking surface. An occasional wipe with a bit of cooking oil will insure that the non-stick non-sticks.
Two major caveats with all non-stick coated pans: 1.) NEVER use metal tools with them! No matter how careful you are, scratches are inevitable. And be very careful how you nest/stack them, for the same reason. 2.) NEVER put them in a dishwasher! The harsh detergents used in dishwashers will eventually wear off the coating. Instead, use a very soft scrubbing pad or sponge on the coated surface to clean, and dry it after washing. Most times, a sponge will be all that you need. And of course, NEVER use a steel wool pad!
For light to medium usage, these pans should last quite a while, and are oven-safe to 400 degrees, I believe. The non-stick coating works quite well - I've NEVER had a sticking problem with them in over a year's use. Food comes out evenly browned, and an occasional burn won't disturb the coating. Just please remember to use nylon, silicone or wooden tools with it, and hand-wash it, and it will work wonderfully for you, too.
